An old standby. This can be made ahead of time, frozen and then later baked when needed.
Ingredients:
3 cans green chopped chili peppers
10 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
chips for serving
Directions:
1. Mix eggs and milk with fork.
2. Grease loaf pan.
3. Layer peppers and cheese.
4. Pour egg mixture over.
5. Bake 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
6. Spoon on doritos.
