This dip is terrific with carrots, cucumbers, celery or even chicken nuggets. Ingredients:
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
2 tablespoons chili sauce |
soy sauce, to taste |
lemon juice, enough to achieve a dip consistancy |
Directions:
1. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor to a paste, but not long enough to eliminate the chunks in the peanut butter. |
