Great dip for any kind of party Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 (1 1/2 ounce) packet chili seasoning mix |
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste |
1 cup water |
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese |
1 (2 1/4 ounce) sliced black olives |
1/2 cup green onion, sliced |
1 (8 -9 ounce) bag tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. .In a skillet cook ground beef until brown and down, drain fat. Add onions, chili seasoning packet, tomato paste and water, mix well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to loe and simmer for 15 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally. Serve over tortilla chips and top with cheese, green onions and black olives. |
