this dish is a very versital dish....you can servr as a main course....or slice up and use as an appitizer...with you favorite dip you can also try the one i put here with it...hopw you enjoy Ingredients:
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
mix cheese and chili powder in pie plate. add chicken; turn to evenly coat all sides. |
place chicken in a shallow baking dish. |
bake at 400 degrees f for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. |
Directions:
1. Variation 2. Coat chicken with cheese mixture as directed; cut into 1-inch-wide strips. Place chicken strips on skewers, then place on rack of broiler pan. Maple Apple Barbecue Sauce 6. 2/3 cup chicken broth 7. 1/3 cup applesauce 8. 2 tablespoons maple syrup 9. 2 tablespoons balsamic or apple cider vinegar 10. 1 tablespoon cornstarch 11. 2 teaspoons soy sauce 12. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 13. 1 1/2 teaspoons imitation maple flavor 14. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except maple flavor. Bring to a boil while stirring with a whisk. Continue to cook 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in maple flavor. Use immediately or store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. |
