Ingredients:
2 envelope(s) chili mix |
2 16-ounce package(s) corn chips |
1 10-ounce can(s) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained |
2-1/2 pound(s) ground beef |
1 cup(s) heavy whipping cream |
3 15-oz. can(s) hunt's tomato sauce |
2 15-ounce can(s) pinto beans, rinsed and drained |
2 pound(s) process cheese (velveeta), cubed |
sour cream |
Directions:
1. In a Dutch oven, cook the beef until no longer pink; drain. Add tomato sauce, beans, tomatoes and chili mix; heat through. Add cheese and cream; cook until the cheese is melted. Serve over chips. Top with sour cream. |
