Chili 'n' Cheese Corn On The Cob |

Yummy twist on the classic corn on the cob. Ingredients:
1/3 c. mayonnaise |
1/2 t. chili powder |
6 ears of corn, shucked |
1 t. olive oil |
3/4 c. parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix mayo and chili powder. Set aside. 2. Brush the corn with olive oil. Place corn on the grill, turning occasionally until all the kernels are browned, about 8 minutes. 3. Brush the corn with the mayo mixture, and roll in cheese. |
