1 teaspoon chili paste |
1 tablespoon superfine sugar |
1/2 lime |
6 mint leaves |
1/2 lime, juice of |
3 ounces light rum |
chilled club soda |
Directions:
1. Muddle 1/2 lime, chili paste, mint leaves and sugar in a Collins glass. 2. Fill galss with ice and add rum, the juice of 1/2 lime and chilled soda. |
