This is delicious served with a side of rice and beans, along with flour or corn tortillas. Ingredients:
1 cup caribe chile pepper |
4 cups water |
2 teaspoons salt |
3 garlic cloves |
2 tablespoons oregano |
2 tablespoons cumin |
5 lbs pork chops |
Directions:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients in a blender. 2. Put chops in a large pan. 3. Pour marinate over top, turn to coat. 4. Cover pan with foil. 5. Refrigerate overnight. 6. Grill or bake, covered, in a 325 degree oven until done. |
