                                                1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained  |  
                                                2 (15 ounce) cans hot chili beans, undrained  |  
                                                2 large green peppers, chopped  |  
                                                1 large onion, chopped  |  
                                                4 celery ribs, chopped  |  
                                                1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce  |  
                                                1 teaspoon chili seasoning mix  |  
                                                2 garlic cloves, minced  |  
                                                7 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained  |  
                                                salt and pepper  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In slow cooker, combine first 8 ingredients and mix well. 2. Cover and cook on LOW heat for 6 hours or til heated through. 3. Stir in macaroni and mix well. 4. Season to taste.                              |
