A great summer BBQ side dish that is sweet and refreshing. Ingredients:
1/2 mango, sliced into flat rounds |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1 pinch garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Grill mango slices for 2-3 minutes per side. 2. Remove from grill and splatter with lime juice. 3. Toss in a bowl with chili powder and garlic salt until well coated. 4. Enjoy! |
