My husband is a chemist for a dried fruit and nut company, so I always end up with an abundance of nuts that were submitted to be sampled, but we get the huge amounts of what wasn't needed. I have been cooking nuts every single way, but this was really pretty good! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons chili powder |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 cups almonds |
Directions:
1. Melt first four ingredients in pan. 2. Add almonds, and stir. 3. Take off the heat and let sit until cool (about 15 minutes). 4. Enjoy! |
