Chili made with lean ground beef, Bush's Chili Beans with hit sauce. No tomato (I forgot)
Ingredients:
16 ounce lean beef,ground
16 ounce chili beans
8 ounce water
1/2 onion,chopped
1 green pepper
1 ounce red pepper
Directions:
1. Heat skillet to about Medium Heat
2. Brown beef in skillet
3. When browned move beef to one side
4. Reduce heat to Low Medium
5. Add chopped onion and green pepper
6. Let onion and pepper soften a little
7. Mix ingredients
8. Add chili beans
9. Mix well
10. Place lid on pan and let simmer on low for 20 minutes
11. Turn heat off
12. Serve or store for later
