Awesome! Great for breakfast, brunch or supper. This recipe is from a bed and breakfast. Ingredients:
6 eggs |
3/4 cup water |
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon mexican seasoning (or 1/8 teaspoon each oregano, garlic powder,cumin and black pepper) |
1 2/3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese |
3 tablespoons chopped green chili peppers |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs with whisk until fluffy. 2. Stir in water, powdered milk, salt, seasonings, cheese and peppers. 3. Pour into a lightly buttered 9-inch pie pan. 4. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. 5. Cut into wedges. 6. Serve immediately. |
