An easy way to spice up this Asian snack. Ingredients:
1 lb edamame, in shells cooked |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 teaspoons sambal oelek chili paste |
flaked sea salt |
Directions:
1. Warm oils, garlic and chili paste in a small saucepan, then toss with edamame. 2. Serve sprinkled with flaked sea salt. |
