An easy way to spice up this Asian snack.
Ingredients:
1 lb edamame, in shells cooked
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons sambal oelek chili paste
flaked sea salt
Directions:
1. Warm oils, garlic and chili paste in a small saucepan, then toss with edamame.
2. Serve sprinkled with flaked sea salt.
