Ingredients:
steak, beef,pounded thin |
cayenne pepper |
green chili |
salt |
oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. In bowl, mix steak, cayenne pepper, salt and green chillies which have been sliced lengthwise. 2. Marinade over night or for a few hours. 3. Heat oil. 4. Fry the steak mixture on one side for a few minutes and then turn and fry the other side. |
