1 1/2 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
2 teaspoons chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°. 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 35 minutes or until golden. |
