Ingredients:
10 onions, chopped
20 garlic cloves, chopped
10 lbs lean ground beef
114 ounces ketchup
3 -28 ounces crushed tomatoes
10 teaspoons chili powder
20 tablespoons yellow mustard
salt & pepper
120 hot dogs
120 buns
10 onions, chopped
10 tomatoes, chopped
10 lbs cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. When hot, add the onion and garlic and cook, stirring, until it is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with the back of a spoon, and cook until nicely browned, about 10 more minutes.
4. Stir in the ketchup, chili powder, and mustard and simmer for 15 minutes until thickened.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Boil, fry or grill the dogs.
7. Serve with the chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and the shredded cheese.
