Found in NZ Taste Magazine, December 2012. Serve with my Thai Fish Cakes. Ingredients:
1 green chili pepper, finely sliced |
1 red chili pepper, finely sliced |
1 lime, juice only |
2 tablespoons fish sauce |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients until sugar dissolves and pour into a small bowl. |
