This is a great dip for those who love spicy dishes. For extra heat add chopped hot peppers. Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef |
1 16 oz. jar mild salsa |
2 cans refried beans |
8 oz. sour cream |
1/2 t. chili powder |
1/2 c. chopped onion |
8 oz. cheddar cheese shredded |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and onion in a pan. Drain and add to crockpot. Add beans, salsa and chili powder. Turn on low and cook for 2 - 3 hours. Then add cheese and sour cream cook an extra1/2 hour. 2. Serve with tortilla or corn chips. |
