This is a simple chili dip and everyone loves it. Serve with tortilla chips Ingredients:
3 pkgs (8 oz) cream cheese |
homemade chili or 3 cans of hormel chili (no beans) |
3 pkgs of shredded cheddar cheese |
small container of sour cream |
Directions:
1. If using homemade chili, make ahead 2. Soften cream cheese 3. Spread on bottom of 9 x 13 pan 4. Spread chili on top 5. Top with sour cream 6. Sprinkle cheese on top 7. Bake about 20 minutes then take out 8. Swirl mixture with knife and return to oven 9. Bake another 10 mintues 10. Options: 11. Top with olives, chopped scallions or green onions, chopped tomatoes 12. Serve with tortilla chips |
