This dry rub is wonderful on steaks Ingredients:
3 dried chipotle chiles, stemmed, seeded and cut into rough pieces |
2 dried ancho chiles, stemed, seeded and torn into rough pieces |
1 tablespoon ground cumin |
1 tablespoon salt |
2 teaspoons sugar |
Directions:
1. Grind chilies in a spice grinder until powdery. 2. Whisk together ground chilies and remaining ingredients in small bowl until combined. |
