Homemade and good. Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup) |
1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 -2 teaspoon chili powder |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
1 dash paprika |
1 (8 ounce) can kidney beans |
Directions:
1. In 8-inch skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender. 2. Drain off fat. 3. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans. 4. Heat to boiling. 5. Reduce heat, cook uncovered about 30 minutes. 6. Stir in beans (with liquid); heat until bubbly. |
