Found in the recipe booklet of my blender. Ingredients:
1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, undrained |
1 lb ground beef |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/2 green pepper, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
8 drops hot sauce |
2 (6 ounce) cans tomato sauce |
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste |
1 (6 ounce) can water |
1 (16 ounce) can chili beans |
Directions:
1. Process tomatoes on LO to desired consistency; set aside. Brown ground beefwith onion, green pepper and garlic; drain. In large saucepan combine beef mxture and remaining ingredients except chili beans; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans; simmer until thoroughly heated. |
