This is a great warm chip dip. It's creamy and spicy. Super easy to make. Ingredients:
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans chili, such as hormel |
2 teaspoons chili seasoning mix |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1 cup colby-monterey jack cheese |
Directions:
1. In a medium sized saucepan bring all ingredients to a slow simmer stirring constantly, about 10-15 minutes. 2. Serve with chips. |
