Chili Chicken With Caramelized Onions

This mouthwatering dish takes just minutes to prepare and is best served on rice with a veggie side dish
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chili sauce (sold at mexican food stores)
16 ounces chicken breasts
1 medium yellow onion
Directions:
1. Pour small amount of olive oil in pan on med heat.
2. Cut chicken into small strips, and slice onions into 1/2 rings. Place over olive oil and coat with chili sauce.
3. Cover until chicken is cooked through and onions are carmelized (about 10 min). Serve over rice.
