A good, fast weeknight meal. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
1 (15 ounce) can italian stewed tomatoes |
1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans |
4 slices cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in an ungreased 11x7x2-inch baking dish. Top with tomatoes. 2. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees about 50 minutes. 3. Spoon chili over each chicken breast; bake 10 mintues. 4. Top with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted, 3-4 minutes. |
