From Bush's Beans Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) box macaroni shells and cheese |
1 lb ground beef |
1 (16 ounce) can chili beans (mild) |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with zesty mild green chilies |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
Directions:
1. Prepare shells and cheese according to package directions. 2. Meanwhile, cook beef in a 12-inch skillet (2 1/2 inch deep) non-stick skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat, stirring often, 8 minutes or until meat crumbles and is no longer pink; drain and rinse under hot running water. Return beef to skillet. Stir in beans and next 4 ingredients. 3. Cook over medium-high heat 7-9 minutes or until two-thirds of liquid has evaporated. Stir prepared pasta into beef mixture. Serve immediately. |
