3- cups shredded monterey pepper jack cheese |
1 1/2- cups shredded sharp cheese |
2- eggs beaten |
2 - tablespoons flour |
2- tablespoons sugar |
Directions:
1. SEED THE CHILIES; CUT INTO STRIPS 2. ARRANGE IN LIGHTLY GREASED 9X13 BAKING DISH 3. SPRINKLE CHEESES OVER CHILES 4. BEAT EGGS WITH FLOUR AND SUGAR IN BOWL 5. POUR OVER CHEESES 6. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES F. FOR 45 -5O MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED 7. CUT INTO SQUARES….. YUMMMM 8. YIELD 30 SERVINGS …............. 9.
