CHILI CHEESE DIP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Corbett Estate in Fate, Texas in 1986. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese softened |
15 ounce can chili without beans |
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese |
Directions:
1. Spread cream cheese on bottom and sides of microwaveable pie plate. 2. Spread chili over cream cheese then sprinkle with cheese. 3. Microwave on high for 3 minutes then serve with tortilla chips. |
