We love the Skillet Queso at Chili's, and I wanted a version I can make at home. This comes pretty close, and is REALLY yummy! Ingredients:
16 ounces velveeta cheese |
16 ounces no-bean chili |
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped |
Directions:
1. Heat all ingredients together in crock-pot or fondue pot on LOW heat until cheese melts. 2. Serve with corn chips. |
