Ingredients:
3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese (12 oz) |
1 cup shredded fontina cheese |
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
3 -4 tablespoons prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
4 teaspoons chili powder |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl,mix well. 2. Shape into 1 inch balls. 3. Sprinkle chili powder in a large bowl,add cheese balls,and toss gently to coat. 4. Cover and chill. |
