1 lb ground beef |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained |
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 cups cooked bow tie pasta |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, brown beef and onion; drain. 2. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, tomatoes, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 3. Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat; simmer for 20 minutes. 4. Stir in pasta; heat through. |
