Easy and my kids love it. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted |
1 cup chopped celery |
1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
8 hamburger buns |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, brown beef; drain. 2. Add beans, soup, celery, green pepper, onion, ketchup, brown sugar and seasonings; bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until vegetables are tender. 4. Serve on buns. |
