This sounds simple and easy. From Hormel. Time does not include time to bake or microwave the potatoes. Ingredients:
4 potatoes, baked and hot |
1 (15 ounce) can no-bean chili |
4 slices cheddar cheese |
sour cream (optional) |
Directions:
1. Split potatoes in half. 2. Top each with chili and one slice of cheese. 3. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. 4. Top with a dollop of sour cream. 5. Serve hot. |
