CHILI ARTICHOKE DIP This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Davis Estate in Grand Prairie, Texas in 1987. Ingredients:
14 ounces water packed artichoke hearts drained and chopped |
6-1/2 ounces marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped |
4 ounces chopped green chilies |
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
assorted crackers or tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Combine artichokes, chilies, cheese and mayonnaise then transfer to greased square baking dish. 2. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes then serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips. |
