Ingredients:
2 can(s) pasta sauce |
1 can(s) diced tomatoes |
1 can(s) kidney beans |
1 can(s) mushrooms |
1 onion finely chopped |
1 teaspoon(s) each salt and pepper |
1 green pepper finely chopped |
4-6 tablespoon(s) chili powder |
1 1/2 pound(s) ground beef |
2 tablespoon(s) sugar |
1 1/2 cup(s) water |
1 clove(s) garlic minced |
Directions:
1. fry ground beef,and crush with fork,while frying.Toss in green peppers,onion,garlic and mushrooms and saute for about 1 minute with beef. Pour meat mixture,and remaining ingredients in a large pot,stir all together.Bring to a boil and taste,cover and cook on medium for 1/2 hour,stirring frequently,cover and simmer on low for 2 hours,stirring occasionally. |
