My favorite chili. I serve it with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and crackers. Ingredients:
2 16 ounce cans of drained red kidney beans. |
2 14 1/2 ounce cans of tomatoes |
2 pounds of ground beef cooked and drained |
1 green pepper chopped |
1 medium onion chopped |
3 cloves of garlic chopped (i use the garlic in a jar already chopped) |
3 tablespoons chili powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook and drain the ground beef. 2. Put all ingredients in the crock pot in the order listed above. 3. Stir once. 4. Cook on high 5-6 hours. |
