Chili with beans: I serve this with shredded chedder cheese on top. It's good with cornbread or stuffing a baked potatoe Ingredients:
2 lbs. hamberger |
1 can corn |
1 can ranch beans |
1 can pinto beans |
1 can ro-tell chili fixin's (it has a black label,spicy not hot) |
3 cans tomatoe sauce |
1 tsp. salt |
1/4 tsp red pepper |
1/4 tsp chioptle pepper |
Directions:
1. Use all liquid in cans and add everything at the same time. cook on high for 1 to 3hrs.or low for as long as you want. If it's too thin for your liking take lid off it will thicken.Sovetop on med.until liquid reduces. If you like HOT just double all spices (except salt) and dice 5 rings of Jalapeno. this can also be cooked stove top. Browing the beef is the hard part. Can cook all day in crockpot. |
