Chili - freezes well, good for lunch or dinner Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb lean ground beef |
19 oz canned tomatoes |
28 oz kidney beans |
2 tbsp chili powder |
1 small onion |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef - drain off fat. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Bring to boil. 4. Reduce heat and simmer 1 - 1.5 hours. |
