Quick and easy, using what I had in the cupboard. Ingredients:
1 lb ground venison |
15 oz chili beans |
15 oz pinto beans |
15 oz corn |
30 oz diced tomatoes |
1 green bell pepper |
1/2 yellow onion |
1 medium carrot |
1 c tomato juice |
Directions:
1. Brown venison with chopped onion and green peppers in a large stock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and cover. Cook on medium until boiling, then reduce heat to low. Simmer until all carrots are cooked through. Add chili powder to taste. |
