Chili Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds chili meat |
3/4 pounds ground beef |
56 ounces rotel |
16 ounces tomatoe sauce |
1 jalapeno pepper, minced |
1 bell pepper, minced |
1 onion, diced |
1/4 cup chili powder |
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes |
1 tsp. black pepper |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/4 tsp garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Cook beef, onion and bell pepper in a pot over medium heat. Drain grease. 2. Stir in rotel and tomat sauce, jalapeno, chili powder, red pepper flakes, black pepper, salt and garlic powder. 3. Bring to a slow boil; cover reduce heat. Simmer at least 30 minutes or for several hours. 4. Stir ocasionally so not to stick. |
