Simple chili base. Serving size is 1 cup (or 385g).
Ingredients:
45 oz low/zero sodium black beans
30 oz tomato sauce
15 oz diced tomatoes
2 tbs cumin
3 tbs chili powder
2 tbs paprika
3 tbs garlic
1 pound ground turkey
Directions:
1. Add garlic to meat and brown in a skillet.
2. Drain.
3. Add rest of ingredients.
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 20 minutes.
