My homemade chili recipe, spicy and savory all in one. Great served with tortillas, rice and sour cream! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 tablespoon onion, minced |
2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce |
2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper |
3 tablespoons chili powder |
1/8 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 bay leaf |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1/2 teaspoon garlic |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef with onions in Dutch oven until browned. Drain Grease. Add rest of ingredients & cook on low; heat 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
