made with leftover roast beef instead of hamburger Ingredients:
38 ounces beef, bottom round |
2 tbsp olive oil |
1/2 onion |
6 ounces tomato paste |
2 cups water |
2 bouillon cubes |
3 tbsp chili powder |
2 tbsp cumin |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp pepper |
1 tsp sugar |
Directions:
1. Beef is measured after being sliced and cubed into tiny pieces. Chop onion and saute in heavy pan with oil. Add beef pieces stirring to heat through. Add remaining ingredients and adjust all seasonings to taste. If too thick, add water, if too thin, cook down. |
