Homemade vegetarian chili
Ingredients:
1 c celery
3 c onion
1 c red pepper
15 oz kidney beans
15 oz black beans
32 oz tomatoes
1 t vinegar
1 t chili powder
Directions:
1. Saute celery for 3 minutes
2. Add onions and red peppers and saute for about 3 more minutes.
3. Add all the rest of the ingredients and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
