Homemade vegetarian chili Ingredients:
1 c celery |
3 c onion |
1 c red pepper |
15 oz kidney beans |
15 oz black beans |
32 oz tomatoes |
1 t vinegar |
1 t chili powder |
Directions:
1. Saute celery for 3 minutes 2. Add onions and red peppers and saute for about 3 more minutes. 3. Add all the rest of the ingredients and simmer for at least 30 minutes. |
