Hubby's favorite way to have this common dish Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes |
10 1/2 ounces campbell's tomato soup |
24 ounces v- 8 vegetable juice |
6 ounces tomato paste |
48 ounces canned kidney beans |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1 onion, diced |
2 beef bouillon cubes |
1/2 cup catsup |
Directions:
1. Brown beef; drain and rinse beans. Mix all ingredients in large soup pot and cook over low heat for as little as 30 minutes or as long as you like. This can also be cooked in a crockpot. |
