A basic Chili recipe that I use. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
2 jalapeno peppers |
1 medium onion, diced |
2 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes |
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Fry the meat in a large pot, adding the jalapeno peppers and diced onions. 2. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and all spices. 3. Cook 20 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally. 4. Add kidney beans and heat until ready to serve. |
