These are great little appetizers to add to your collection! NOTE: To make ahead, form dough into balls; place on a baking sheet & freeze until firm. Place in freezer bag. Store up to 2 weeks. To bake, place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in 375 oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter (room temperature) |
1 1/4 cups flour |
2 cups monterey jack cheese (shredded) |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies (well drained) |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 -4 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine butter and flour in a food processor bowl. 2. Process until well mixed. 3. Add Monterey Jack cheese, chilies and garlic powder. 4. Process until well mixed. 5. Form dough into 3/4 inch balls; roll in Parmesan Cheese. 6. Place on a greased baking sheet. 7. Bake in a 375 oven about 15 minutes or until golden brown. 8. Serve warm. |
