Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 cups sugar
rind of one lemon
1/2 cup milk
4 cups flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
Directions:
1. Beat egg whites until peaks are formed. Add sugar and egg yolks, mixing thoroughly. Add milk, flour, and baking powder. Grate lemon. Add rind to mixture and bake for 30 minutes at 350*, or until toothpick comes out clean.
2. Note: Bake in 9 x 13 pan.
