I love edamame. Spiced up, its even better. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package frozen unshelled edamame (i use trader joe's) |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dried chipotle powder |
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne |
Directions:
1. Cook edamame according to package directions and then drain. 2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium high heat. 3. Add edamame, salt, chipotle chile powder, pepper, and cayenne. 4. Cook about 1 minute, stirring frequently. Serve at once. |
